Ipn Account Setup
Hello,
We are launching a software product soon and have chosen Plimus.com as a payment gateway. If you didn’t know, Plimus is a payment provider with multiple payment methods mainly for digital goods. We simply need you to implement their IPN system into our software order system.

Once registered you can see there are Paypal, Moneybookers and Google checkout buttons AS EXAMPLES ONLY. We won’t be using those companies since they said they won’t accept the name of our product. Instead I will make a “Plimus” graphic to replace these old fake options.
So the order process is like so:
1) User registers and redirects to control panel payment page.
2) User selects payment method, for now it will just be Plimus.
3) User clicks buy button > custom IPN variable containing userID posts to Plimus gateway page > user pays with gateway > user gets shown plimus thank you page > plimus post back via IPN when order has been successful/verified.
We post userid to the IPN so we know which member is ordering the service.
4) Account status is set to ACTIVE and they can begin to use our software.
5) Plimus offer subscription payments and will send back via IPN if a user cancels a subscription (in which case we mark their account as INACTIVE). And for future successful subscription payments the IPN will send back variable “REOCCURRING” and our system extends their account.
I will provide Plimus.com vendor login which will make this easier to explain. I will also offer our admin panel login which you can see how users are managed. You may also view our Paypal IPN code and copy this format, but we will never end up using Paypal.
ADMIN ALREADY includes add user, delete user, change inactive/active, extend subscription date etc functions, therefore you just work with these functions and automate them for payments.
You MUST have experience with IPN systems. You MUST have good communication and ask questions when needed.
If this succeeds I will hire you for additional payment providers (AlertPay, direct merchant, etc).
