Website Designing

Hello All,
I need someone who can design a website for a support based company which supports PC’s.
Please send me the samples for the first page. The first page should atleast contain the following :
1) Title of the company with an image that suits the support site on the left hand side of the image. It can be a banner as well.
2) The first page should contain Login screen.
3) Space should be provided to add the links like Home, Contact Us.
It can be a long term project as I need to maintain the website once it is done. So send the samples at the earliest.
