Simple Prelanding Page

Hello all,
I need a pre-landing page with a video loaded, opt-in box, countdown timer and look and feel of the website.
The video is in windows media format and needs to be converted so it’ll load quickly, automatically and compatible with most browsers. You can download the video from www.internetbackdoor.com/IBD2_com.wmv .
You can use the same JavaScript for the countdown at www.internetbackdoor.com .
You can use the graphics for the look and feel for the landing page at www.internetbackdoor.com/index6.htm .
I would like the video on the left (and kinda large) and two large arrows pointing to the opt-in box to the right with a header
