PLEASE NOTE: Reposting due to a complete time and money waster not understanding the basic principles of a “project brief”, thus trying to shoehorn their own techniques onto my requirements which did neither of us any favours.
My requirements detailed below are exactly as the last project posting outlined. These are my sole requirements. I need to improve my “Google Ranking” and attract site visitors through natural listings asap.

I have an existing property portal website aimed at private sellers that we want to appear on page 1 of Google UK “natural listings” for a few select searches that must have a huge impact on site traffic and listing submissions.

We want to be found at least in the top 10 natural results (not sponsored) on Google UK for the search terms:

The sole aim is to attract property owners to advertise their homes on the website as we need to build a large database of property on the site to then increase other SEO ranks to attract visitors to the website to view the listings. We need someone with a proven track record who can show evidence of previous SEO work that has been successful by optimizing an existing website built in PHP & MySQL.
