Imagemagic: New Server Error

I have a new server and I am getting an error message when images are uploaded, which I did not get on the old server.
Error:Can not copy the specified file into ../../mainimagepath/
../../mainimagepath/53_Daisies.JPGArray ( [0] => ../../mainimagepath/ [1] => Array ( [name] => Daisies.JPG [type] => [tmp_name] => [error] => 1 [size] => 0 ) [2] => 53 )
The new server spec is:
2.13GHz 4MB Cache Intel
