Flash Banner

We need one simple flash banner created and added to our site with supplied images. The banner should be animated and attractive and fit seamlessly with our website. Designer must be quick to produce the work, detail oriented and have the ability to communicate well.
I will provide all pertinent details once your bid is selected.
