Better Menu

The menu is no good. It needs rollovers, and the dropdown needs to be nicer. I think it is hard to do nice rollovers with CSS.
I need someone to recode this menu for me and make it look perfect with rollovers, and nicer drop-down.
It can be done in Flash, Javascript… I do not really care, as long as I will have the ability to edit it later. It is also important that search engines can follow, but if that is not possible, it is ok.
This should be easy and quick for someone who knows what they are doing.
Please provide samples of menus you have created.
I have attached the PSD for the Navigation. I need this really quick. The best thing would be if you just do it, and show me a sample. The first one who does this properly gets the job.
