Audio For Live Broadcasts

I have a web site hosted with WordPress linked to my site.
I need
- WordPress to be set up to maintain ongoing emails for paid subscribers.
- a template to be added to each page to allow for orders for above
- a video I am provided to be inserted into the home page
- live audio allowing capabilities with subcribers with administrative capabilities
