Simple Validation Aweber Form

I have an aweber form with custom fields … html to modify attached … I need to ensure that one of the two radio buttons is selected but initially neither are checked. Need some javascript to do it…. Nice quick simple job. Please beware the name=”" fields can’t be changed as they are needed by aweber to save the data. Otherwise you can add to the html in any way you like.
