Job Site Script

Hi
i need a simple application made in php-mysql for job seeker and placement consultant like naukri.com, not exactly a clone but core functionality, where job seeker can find jobs and employer can post their job requirement, view applied candidate’s resume, contact job seekers within the system
i will provide some basic code and somewhat a database, i would like to get this work done as a coding example i’ll provide
i dont want ready made application, as i do have some of the code of it.
