Integrate Layout- Oscommerce

I have a simple layout I need integrated into oscommerce. There will be 2 stages to this project. First the layout. Then I will need a master product created to help with a “Copy Master Product” Feature. I believe there is a module for this already. Looking for someone with experience and who keeps in constant contact.
