Custom WordPress Themes

I’m looking for someone who can customize my Gazette WordPress theme.

It should look something like free-college-scholarships.info as it should have
1. custom color scheme
2. logo header
3. images throughout slideshow
4. thumbnail images for posts
I am looking for someone possibly long term to customize 10 of these themes per week if this first one goes well, so give me your best price based on long term.
