WordPress Theme Coder

I’m looking for a programmer/designer who could code a theme for me. Depending on your skill level and price, I may either provide the graphics myself and you would just code it, or I would let you do the whole thing. Obviously you must be able to code clean, fast loading CSS based, tableless design while taking advantage of all latest perks offered by WordPress (nested and paginated comments, widgetized sidebars, proper heading work to assist SEO, etc.).
