Website Design Required

I have a free SEO tools website http://www.qualityseotools.com. I am looking for someone who can redesign this website in such a way that Google Ads are well integrated with this website ( 3 google text / banner ads, 3 Google link units, 2 Google search bars ). My budget is not high and am looking for a simple design. A free template available on the internet will also do.
I had posted this job on other job sites also but did not consider that since the prices quoted were way beyond my budget. Request serious bidders to bid for this website.
