Uploading Videos In Cliphouse

I have a ClipHouse script installed with all neccesary components(ffmpeg, mencoder, flvtool2 etc.) The problem I’m having is to upload videos. I can see videos uploaded in ftp and showing in database but they not converted. I would like to work with someone who is familiar with this script.
