Need A Simple Bidding Script

hey,
simply I need a bidding website made for me, in a nutshell, I’ll have items for sale, it costs $1 to make a bid and once your bid had been placed the timer goes to its original countdown time (e.g. 20mins) and goes down from there, once it reaches 0 mins the bidder wins!
I’ll explain more when I approve you, as I don’t want to share the idea.
