Html Pg Convert To WordPress

Hello,
I have a project that I am sure is pretty simple but could use someone’s expertise. I need a static HTML page converted (see attached HTML page) over to a blank wordpress theme that I already have up and running (see example here: http://jobsearchmastermind.com).
I’d like to have this done quickly if possible.
