Decrypt Php Ioncube Files

Hi i have a script that i need to customize, however its is encoded with IONCUBE, is it possable to decrypt, if so can anyone do this job?
The script im want decrypted is www.imusictools.com, i have attatched 1 sample file, if you require the more please let me know.
