Custom Wordpress Theme

I’m looking for someone who can customize my Wordpress theme.
At the moment it is very basic.
It should have
1. custom color scheme
2. logo header
3. twitter and facebook thumbnail links
4. thumbnail images for posts
5. social bookmarking- digg, redditt, etc
This is for a very high end site so the work must be quick and flawless.
