WordPress Review Site

I am looking for someone to design me a review site built on the wordpress platform.
This will be a totally public site with no members area, so should be a pretty basic project for anyone with knowledge of wordpress.
The main purpose of this listing is for someone to design a nice theme based on the subject at hand, the subject will be provided when the winning bidder is chosen.
