Webdesigner For Template

We are looking for a webdesigner who can create a customize template similar to: –
http://www.nuffnang.com.my
We also need you to setup the blog, similar to the example above.
The designer must create a logo, customize pictures and several other things.
We will monitor every aspect of the project.
* Only template, not the whole system because we already have it.
