Url Rotator WordPress Plugin
I want you to build me a WordPress plugin that will allow me to automatically rotate URLs.
This plugin will have a user interface where I will assign an internal URL (similar to the Go Codes plugin). I will then use this URL everywhere on the site where I want to link to my offer.
That URL will then automatically redirect to a series of URLs that I will specify. I want the plugin to evenly split traffic between the available URLs. I also want the plugin to track the number of times each URL has been accessed.
The script should perform similiar to the one found here:

And the interface should be similar to the GoCodes WordPress plugin.
I will retain full rights to this plugin.
The plugin must be a fully-functioning plugin, capable of automatic updates through the wordpress system.
This shouldn’t take very long for a good programmer knowledgeable in WordPress, I’ve given you the basics of the script already.
You must have previous WordPress plugin experience, and you must demonstrate that somehow to me.
