New Ad Page

I have an very bad looking ad page, that needs a professional design. Please no frames. Please make it neat and attractive.

I want something that looks professional, and uses the text form the ad and uses images, that can be clicked on and become larger when clicked on to show the same image in a larger window, like a pop up.
