Need To Install Exe On Remote

I have a windows XP station running in France at a friends house. He recently left for vacation but forgot to run my remote admin software. I need someone to somehow upload it to the computer and execute it.
No one is physically available by the computer, so you will have to install this program remotely. I do not want to use xp remote desktop or anything like that.
Let me know if it is possible & the time it will take. I am open to all offers.
