Add New Functionality

I need some one to add new fucntionality to my website. Currently users can only buy if they are registered with the website. I would like to add a functionality that users can buy products without registration. Also would like to add a new payment gateway where users can pay using their bank account details. This is urgent at the same time we would not hire anyone without proper background. Once the bid is placed and accepted it will not be revised. Please ask questions in advance for all clarifications.
