Gmail/google Checkout Accounts

In need of someone who can register my clients with an gmail address and a google checkout account at the same time. I will provide the names of my customers and you will pick an appropriate gmail address according to their name; I will provide you with the information necessary to register for the google checkout account.
Provider must have the capability when applying to use ip addresses from the u.s and each profile created (gmail & google checkout account) must use a different ip address used in the u.s.
Looking for long term relationship; someone who can respond to emails using a u.s. ip address, answer phone calls (good english speaking voice), and handle various tasks of this sort.
