Csv File From Info On A Site

I need information from a website.
The site is a directory-type site. It is run on wordpress and the directory listings are in each post. I want to have all the entries listed and parsed out to show me the following:
name
address
website
phone number
Categories: Data Entry, Programming csv, csv file, csv file from, file, file from, file from info, from info, info, programming data entry, site, site programming data
