Auto Installer Script

What we need is a script that will be able to auto install other scripts.
Example would be, the user uploads our script then goes to http://their domain/install.php and then it walks them through the process needed to install the script such as database information and upload of database file, what files need what permission and so on.
This script should be able to be changed to work with different scripts so that we can package it with our other scripts.
If you have a script like this already please pm us a demo of the script as we would prefer this done quickly.
