Customized Wysiwyg-editor

The goal of this project is to take one of the leading WYSIWYG Editors (we strongly suggest TinyMCE) and adjust it to our requirements.

There are a few FUNDAMENTAL CHANGES to be made to the Editor which focus mainly on the design of the editor.
Apart from these changes there is one META PLUGIN to be programmed. Actually we need quite a few PLUGINS, but they all have a similar structure. So a single Plugin that is very flexible and can be customized by settings and functions should do the job.
