WordPress Plugin In Theme

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
I bought a theme that I want to use called OnDemand that can be found here: http://www.press75.com/demos/ondemand/
It uses it’s own plugin for the video on the POSTS pages. I have another plugin that uses my own player, with security that i need to use in place of the built in one.
I need someone that is GOOD at diagnosis and dealing with WordPress and Plugins.
I think I have a solution but am unable to code it.
I would like to use a custom field in a wordpress post to populate the theme element that will display the video.
I need someone IMMEDIATELY that is able to carry on IM communication in english.
