Quick Css & Divs Modifications

I have an slideshow in this website (joomla):

and I need the slideshow to look as this image:
http://www.federaladvocates.com/site.jpg (i’d like it to look like that, but with also incorporating the little thumbnails below the main photo, as the first link shows.
Notice the border around the main rotating image that matches the rest of the site.
Notice how the left side lines up the whole way … the left side of
the logo lines up with the left side of the text next to the rotating
image, which lines up with the left side of the boxes below it.
I need this do be done inmediately. Will provide ftp access and joomla login if needed.
