Need E-commerce Website Done

I need my website up and running and redesigned, the last programmer that did my initial website did a horrible job, and i am not able to contact them anymore. I need someone that has a bit of an artistic ability to make my website look better, I also need them to be able to make a checkout for me, this will be a cellular phone type of ecommerce website. I also need it optimized in the search engines.
I also need the programmer to tell me how to edit the website if prices or product changes. The programmer hired must provide some ecommerce website that they have done before.
