Flash Needed Animated Van

Hi,
I have a photo attached that simply needs the background removing.
I then need that photo putting in a flash / swish design so the wheels spin. I’m trying to get it to look like the van is driving so it needs to almost bounce like its on a road…
I already have a swish file, with backing music. Simply replace the word VAN with the photo….
Payment via SL Escrow, and must be completed urgently!
