Flash Animation Fly Through

I need a very cool flash animation set to music that should last 2 min. ( I will supply the music)
The idea is a fly through on a street as Naples-style apartments pop-up being built/constructed
Camera pans down and gains height as you see an entire community being built. (roads, community center, etc.)
The fly through should show 20 upscale villas and 160 spacious apartment residences along with a full service wellness and fitness center with indoor pool and spa, commercial kitchen with multiple venues for fine and casual dining, a chapel, spa services, banking services and cinema.
