Few Magento Tweaks

i have a magento site which i need some template tweaks done.
the site is bagsbybabe.com. here’s the changes needed:
- Where the Newsletter sign up is can we place a list of these designers and have each one of them clickable to all their items? And then have the newsletter sign up below them?

Coach
Celine
Ferragamo
Bally
Dior
- Remove the product tag box on the bottom of all item pages
