Favicon Generator

I need a favicon generator similiar to http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/
If a customer uses a gif or png with transparent background it needs to make the ico file with a transparent background
Just put the script in on a php doc and I do not need any design. I will add a header and footer and side.
It needs to be php 4.1+
