Creating A New Pay Site

Hi, I have a foot fetish website (not a porn site) and I would like to have a pay site to go along with it. I would like to use CCBill to manage the billing. I would also like to have it setup so I can easily manage the content, which could easily just be something like B2evolution or WordPress setup. I mainly need someone who can create a login section, add the blog software, and have it connect seamlessly with CCBill. Someone who has done a project like this before and can show me so I know we’re both on the same page would be excellent. I may also want someone to help me handle internet marketing. Thanks!
