Simple Repair To A Script

I need two things fixed on my script and I believe if one is fixed the other will be fixed as well. I believe they are one in the same problem.
1. I get this error in internet explorer Line: 179
Error: Object required
2. The drop down menus don’t function properly in internet explorer.
This needs to be fixed very quickly.
Everything works fine in firefox and other browsers just not in ie.I would like the script to function with no errors in all major browsers.
This should be very simple and easy to fix as I had it fixed before but lost the backups, which was an error on my behalf I am paying for now. The gentleman who fixed it before fixed it in under 20 minutes.
