Php Scripting Project

We have the free version of the Boonex Dolphin 6.1.6 installed on a subdomain (http://fairfield.edhubs.com) and need to have php programming to make the following changes.
Actions Needed:
-Allow the creation of multiple administrator accounts
-Remove the Music feature
-Remove the Classifieds feature
-Remove the Forums feature
-Remove the Boards Feature
-Prevent new users from registering from the main website.
All member accounts registrations will be made by the administrator accounts.
FTP and database access information will be shared with the winning bidder. This can lead to additional projects in the near future.
