File Upload Service Script

The script must have forum upload only. Must have some of the features of this script:http://yabsoft.info/demo/mfhs/, same sort of design as in header and footer stretch accross the page. Must have a usercp and an admincp. Can be ajaxed. Must be all custom coded and designed. Once sold to me i get full rights to the custom code and design. Must be able to put ads in using the admincp. Must have some sort of paid plan. Must have a contact us form. Must have a report abuse form.
Would like this project done asap
