Cl Campaign Posting

I need 2 ads posted in 25 cities US cities 2 times a week. Possibly 3 times depending on the rate per post.
A guaranteed of no ghosting will be required. If ad is ghosted, then ad will be required to be reposted with no charge.
Proof of posting is also necessary. Please only respond if you have previous references.
