Web Based Loan App Coding
PART I
Looking for a programmer that can
1. Create a web form using predefined fields with labels, a Terms and conditions area(Either in the form of a scrolling data box, link with pop up box,etc). Option to download necessary supporting documents for signatures and then upload signed documents, along with any other supporting documents required – based on the loan product
2. Take the data that is entered in to the web form and upon submittal create a confirmation page listing data fields with answered input. Confirmation page will have an option at the bottom to edit or submit with the option to print pdf version of their application (print feature can be turned on or off in admin area).
3. Upon submittal there should be a status bar that is displayed to give the appearance that application is being decisioned for approval; All applications should be decisioned with the same response unless otherwise instructed.
4. Upon submission data fields should be mapped to the appropriate fields in pdf version of the form and filled pdf form saved in the database under customer profile.
PART II
Admin function should allow search by certain variables, each time an application is submitted ip address, who ip address belongs to, and time should be logged with each application

Additional work upon completion of this step (Upon submittal application data submitted for verification and approval using predetermined rules. Script will access outside vendor databases via xml or other means, pull reports from outside data aggregators and compare data submitted against data received using company rules to determine a loan decision)
