I just moved a SugarCRM install from one server to another.
The php on the new server is one version newer than on the previous server.
The new server shows the following at the top of the login screen when I run it locally.

When I run it locally, I get:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
I know nothing about php or SugarCRM, it belongs to a customer.
