Need Simple Audio Editing

I have a audio file that I need edited… File is basically short intro, 60 minutes of main content, and an outro.
Task is to edit the main content portion to remove errors, repeats, lapses, etc.. then to split tracks into chapters 1-7 based on a script
Need very quick turnaround…
