Corrections On My Website

Hello,
I have a website which was meant for my previous domain.I now uploaded it in to my new domain and consequently,the applications form and the inquiry forms which is supposed to send the filled out details to my specified email address does`nt work anymore.Some links does`nt work also.The whole site is not more than 15 pages.I will send you the whole files and server data for you to fix it.
