WordPress Blog Installed

I need a wordpress blog installed. I also need 10 plugins and a theme installed and set up on the blog.
This should be an easy project for anyone that’s installed at least 3 wordpress blogs in the past.
If this goes well, I am looking for someone that I can hire many more times in the future for other projects I have.
