Photoshop Design For Website

I need a photoshop design to give an existing site a face lift. The website design will need to look very distinct and professional.
I will need three different designs to pick the best. The photoshop file should be layered with each layer named in an obvious way not layer 01.
Once three designs are delivered I may wish to combine the best of the ideas and produce one further design and some small revision. Please include this time in the bid.
During development I am happy to have a jpg sent to me for approval.
