Memcache Server Installation

Hello,
I need someone to help install memcache on the server. It shows down.

I need help with running the memcache daemon as it is showing down – The programmer said maybe the memcache server was wrong or problems as the script is showing up pid – down.
Please help to verify and get the memcached daemon up and running and help determine the memcache server ip to paste into the script
