Create Capture Page

We need you to create a capture page for us with 3 different colors because we have 3 niches. We have the webform so no need for that. We will send you the copy once hired.
Please look at file splash9- that’s what we want but we want the opt-in box to stick out like the file splash15.
Please have good examples, feedback, and fast response time.
