Oscommerce To Magento

hey i have a site (negrielectronics) which I need moved from oscommerce to magento. i believe there are automated tools to do this, as we have over 1500 products and many customers (around 9000 i think).
I need the site to look exactly the same when moved over (very minor changes may be allowable, we’ll see), with all products and user accounts correctly in place.
